Media Converter provides tools to convert and edit video, image, and audio on your device. Features may change over time as we improve the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.
You retain ownership of the media you process. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to import, convert, edit, and export that content. Do not use the App with content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law.
The App may offer free features with ads and paid Pro features (including subscriptions and lifetime purchase). Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
Free users may be shown third-party advertisements. Ad partners and practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Conversion quality, format compatibility, and processing speed may vary by device and file.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if you only used free features).
The App may rely on third-party services (for example, Apple, Google AdMob, or Umeng). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
